Eating natural, unprocessed and organic meals can be easy and so delicious.

As a classically trained Chef, I will create a meal plan that is right for you.

Whether that is a weekly service, bringing you ready to serve Dinners, Lunches and healthy snacks or catering the occasional special gathering.

A Personal Chef is the perfect way make eating well easy and enjoyable.

I believe that our health is the most valuable thing we have, and at the center of that is food. What we eat can transform the way we feel, but not everyone has the time to make sure they are eating how they want to. It can feel like a full time job just to feed yourself or your family while avoiding additives and toxic ingredients in a lot of the food we have access to. Restaurants fill their food with excess salt, sugar and seed oils and most things we buy at the store have been so processed we can’t recognize the ingredient list.

Most people spend a lot of time everyday trying to think of what to cook, shopping, and finally cooking themselves meals. If you have a busy life, or cooking isn’t your thing, this can feel endless. Hiring a personal Chef can allow you to reclaim your free time while prioritizing your wellness and still get to eat delicious food!

My culinary background has made me well equipped to customize your menu depending on personal preference or dietary restrictions. I love to cook with the ingredients around me, and that’s especially handy because we are on an island.

Eating locally and seasonally is not only the tastiest way, but also connects you with the space you are in. There is a saying that I love  - “If it grows together, it goes together”

It is a good reminder to use what your land provides and a great tool when creating recipes, because it is true! Those flavors always complement each other the most.

Good food doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be familiar and comforting, and you will absolutely notice difference in not only how it tastes, but how you feel.
